You could use the twigs and leaves and arrange them nicely in a few vases or a large bowl. Or you can just glue them together and place them on doilies in the center of the table.
Another great centerpiece wedding idea is to use shadow boxes. You can purchase 3-4 boxes to sit on each table and then fill each box with something different that goes well with the theme. For instance on one table you could have one with 1+ flowers, one with sparkly cotton balls, one with a candle and one with leaves. Or you could fill two with flower petals and two with decorative rocks. Whatever you choose to fill them with just make sure they go with the theme.
